You guys are driving me nuts... Open my batch 08, wait, don't open my batch 08. Open my batch 08, don't open my batch 08. I'm getting a facial tick.

Edit: Going back to get another one just in case. >mutters<

Just popped another Batch 8 and the carb is fine. Not sure that it matters but I bought my bottles from the brewery, and they weren't transported anywhere.

No harm in sitting on it or popping it fresh. Still sitting around where I'm at and I figure a little time isn't too bad. It's not like I don't have enough beer to drink lol.

I was warned about the cork in Batch 1 being a bit small and didn't know exactly what this meant until I popped one.

Be careful y'all, as soon as you open the cage, it's ready to fly. Not a gusher or anything, and the beer was good, it's just that it could hit you in the face if you weren't ready.

I'll probably file the other bottle I have next to an Echoview Estates in the first release section of my cellar.

(I don't really have a first release section)

Yeah I popped my batch 1 open last night and that cork came out with a vengeance. Be careful everyone!

Not yet, but I would think $4$ with some Trillium freshness would be enough to tempt someone. All of them have been in distro so far, but only certain places have been getting them, not like every shop. They vary in how fast they sell out, batch 8 probably went the fastest.

Great. Thanks for the info. Are they usually around $20 for a 750ml?

They're all 750's but this was the most expensive one at $20 I believe. Some have been as low as about $10 and some have been in between.

"If you are in the area and consider yourself to have a good palate, stop by Zebulon today at 6 and participate in a blind triangle test of clear vs. hazy IPA. The new style of IPA known as North East (or New England) IPA is typically super hazy, almost murky and many drinkers claim that the haze adds mouthfeel and hop character. We split a batch and fined (clarified) half of it. Let's see if they are right..."

Did anyone go to this? I just noticed it on their Facebook page and would have gone if I wasn't out of town.

Finally figured out how to post pics, but apparently I have not mastered how to embed a FB post yet. Anyway, they just said the next release was a brett saison with apricot and citra hops...literally sounds like they took all of my favorite things and put them in one beer. And it's for Prince taboot!

The dark sour with cherries is great.

Had a grapefruit Gose on draft that was crushable. Wish they could can it for summer days.
