Cycle/ccb bottle releases

Havent seen WOJA yet, but imagine it'll be tomorrow for Miami based on history. Also I can confirm the on sale for the tender sub. I think they finally got it right with online sales and friendly time windows for locals to keep those mid westerners away from our subs. #eatlocal

 

Also last year's has a 15 on the bottom of the bottle etched into it and the new batch says 2016 on the label itself

 

My own opinion I liked in Order..Heaven Hill...Woodford Reserve..Wild Turkey

Full disclosure I am not a big Wild Turkey Fan so take that into account..

The big surprise was liking Heaven Hill better than Woodford because Woodford is my favorite Bourbon to drink....for the stouts though Heaven Hill imparted a better taste in the stout for me

 

Can someone tell me how Cycle adjuncts hold up with age? I was wanting to save the Brunch for later in the year but don't want the coffee to fall off a great deal. Thanks

exactly my thoughts.....dont like wild turkey but do like woodford, but want to try the heaven hill so will probably get that one!

 

I was torn between Woodford and Heaven Hill.

 

By reputation, not particularly well, and Doug will tell you to drink all of them fresh if you ask. Personally, I can't say, because I usually only end up with one or two of each bottle and can't wait long enough to drink them. The oldest I've ever had have been maybe a year or a bit older, but neither had adjuncts.

 

Woodford > Heaven Hill > Wild Turkey imo. I do think the wild turkey will develop well over time (even with Doug's drink fresh warning).

So we think there's a realistic chance WOJA makes its way down south today? Not sure why it wouldn't have been distributed with the Caffe last week

 

All of this years Dos bottles have dates 2016 on the labels. It is vertical on the end. I saw it when I picked up my white label.

 

In case anyone's wondering, the coolers at CCB are stocked with WOJA, Cafe Americano, Florida Man, Homefront IPA, Puppy's Breath, Tropical Heatwave, Straw Shortcake Lager.

 

What would say the odds are that WOJA will be there on 6/15?

 

That Strawberry Lager has been turding up the cooler for a while now

 

It was marked down at the Publix near me earlier this week. Something like $3 off

 

Yet, I guarantee they'll make it again

 

Take the final batch of Helles ever brewed add Strawberry Dishwashing Soap to it and you have the Shelf Turd that is Strawberry Shortcake..

 

Still seeing Caffe all over. ABC pompano and TW Boca

 

Caffe still in the cooler at CCB but Orlando area seems to be cleared out.
