Is this brewery only? Would it be available at retail outlets?

I would imagine brewery only for this.

Curious about the new blend. I thought the last batch was a home run... why switch it up? Is Nelson too hard of a hop to secure? Loved the stickiness the mosaic added too.

It would be fun if this was an evolving series but I hope we get the original again. I didnt buy enough of it the first time

There was no mosaic in the first batch. Nelson and Galaxy.

Believe someone said a while back OG Dialed In and Big Sprang weren't going to be seen until 2017 because of a bad Nelson harvest.

Generic Trillium question: Are the bottles sold refrigerated? If so, how do folks 'ship' these or travel with them? I'd like to have a friend pack some in his check bag later this month.

When I ship trillium I take them out of refrigeration the night before to avoid condensation in the package.

Bottles are usually sold cold in my experience.

Don't worry about it. I'd have him let them warm, then just pack them in his checked bag. Unless you're going to have repeated extreme temperature fluctuations, the whole "buy cold, keep cold or the beer turns to piss" shtick is pretty overplayed.

Any recommendations on places to eat near the Canton location? BYOB isn't necessary but would help me enjoy some of their beer right away. Planning on stopping by next Wed. as I'll be up in the area for work. Thanks!

BYOB options are slim to my knowledge, there's a pho place in Canton center called Pho 29. Trillium is right near University Station so you could hit up Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza (good beer selection - Jacks Abby, Wormtown, etc) or Bonefish Grill. Both are chains but decent. One exit North on 95 you will find a Yardhouse.

This area needs a good small time craft bar!

Not sure there is such a thing as "small time" in craft beer these days....

Yeah, I wanted to avoid the skunk, but if folks are saying it's fine then great! Thanks for the answers.

You will. Beers won't skunk with one temperature fluctuation or even a few. Beers skunk if you leave them in a location that will get hotter during the day and cold at night with a big temperature difference. The repeated cycles will "skunk" your beer -- particularly hoppier beers -- but that happens over a long period of time.

Don't worry about it. It's one of the single biggest perpetuated myths in craft beer -- if not the one I hear most often.

Temperature changes don't skunk beer, light exposure does.
