I'm just curious. A friend or mine posted a picture of WF Bowery and there were tons of BCBS with no limits (I think?). I thought BCBS was pretty rare, since it is distributed widely I still see some trades going on. Is it just east coast that can grab BCBS easily?

Not usually on the Northeast. I think NYC is a bit lucky.

I still have some bottles left purchased in New York, I have some with Oct 26th date which are part of refund. I have drank about 4 bottles since November and all were fine, but since I have a mix of Oct 1st and 26th, not sure if I had 26th or not. Time to taste the 26th and see if it is off.

I have a case left all October 23rd and I have had 2 of them dated the 23rd. Both were fine

I hate them. My call was placed too late for the first refund and too early for this one. You live and you learn I guess. Regardless, thanks for the heads up.

Had a 10/26 tonight which is on the recall list. Didn't taste infected, but not very vibrant at all. Wondering if it is starting to turn.

Damn. I just looked. Both my remaining bottles are Oct 26. Blows. I guess I'll be drinking all my '15s before any of the rest of my '14s or '13s and that's sad.

As per the beer buyer at WF Bowery, their AB InBev rep kept on coming back with more cases for them, so they kept on purchasing and offering for sale, as the buyer put it, why the hell not!? This was in February. Looking back, perhaps the AB InBev suits knew there was an issue and made a concerted effort to dump product? On the other hand around that same time GI sent vintage cases to multiple NYC shops, I saw 2013 BCBS, 2012 Big John and 2012 (or 13, not sure) Night Stalker for sale. When I asked the beer buyers/managers/owners of the respective shops I was told the cases just appeared as a thank you for doing business with GI over the years.

I must have lucked out because the case of regular I bought was October 1, which doesn't show up. And the few bottles I've already had have been fantastic.

That said, I have seen bottles at many stores lately although I have no idea what the dates are. I wonder if they are the good or the bad bottles? I'll have to look next time.

I'll gladly pay $8 for any bottles that'll get me $15.

I don't think any places here sold it for $8. If you were lucky, $10, which really is like $11 with tax.
