I'm most likely going ( but it's only like a 15 minute drive). It's gonna be hot as heck most likely though.

Bottles go on sale at 4pm and can be picked up when you leave.

I don't really see anything that is gonna create a Last Buffalo In The Park or Hunahpu kind of line like at MBCP, at least off FB's offerings.

Up in the air on if I am going. I wouldn't mind getting a bottle of the third anniversary IPA and barrel aged chocwork depending on the price. Euro and Copa America on so I may pass.

    Anniversary IPA $14
    BBA Chocwork $25

Both bottles are a limit of 1pp, in the FAQ video they made they said there will be enough bottles for everyone who attends to buy one of each. I'm on the fence about going, mostly because of the heat, but it would be nice if the bottles are on sale in the tap room the next day.

I might go Friday or Sunday instead, they usually have a lot of stuff on tap before and after a big event. Would be awesome to snag a bottle the next day.

I'll be volunteering for the event for Funky, so if you buy drink tickets after 6, there's a good chance you'll be buying from me.

I'll be there volunteering as well, but I'm working at 2. If someone points you to a line at the draft truck, that'll be this guy from South Carolina!

Yeah, I'm thinking the same. This heat has been pretty brutal. This morning at 5:45 when I saw it " feels like 94 degrees" outside I had to a double take

Anyone have high hopes for this IPA? I've never really been too impressed by FB's hoppy offerings.

Also, in you all opinions, which is more worth it BBA Chocwork or French Toast ?

Trying to see if I just save my drive up north for the French Toast release.

    Thanks

Y'all read that they will have a tent at the venue?
It's not so bad in the shade.
    Just saying!

That is actually an even worse idea imo.... 1000's of people trying to huddle under the tent to get out of the heat will only make things hotter....

Yep, in description it says its a 1000 sq ft of tented space so it'll be the size of a small apartment, not much protection from the brutal heat.

I want to go for Sip of Sunshine but I'm too lazy to drive from Delray to deal with the masses

Never had BBA Chocwork but I much prefer French Toast to regular Chocwork. I liked Small Axe and Hop Stimulator isn't bad for a Florida local DIPA, but no not high hopes. I think it will be solid but not incredible.

Would check on the tap time schedule, should be released a day or two before the event.

Interesting. Yeah, I do like Small Axe. I think it's better than Hop Stimulator. I guess we'll see how good this anniversary IPA is.

I don't think the bottles are overpriced, but it would be nice if they had them on the tap list to try. England play at 3:00 PM so I will be watching that game. If I decide to head that way and catch the game somewhere near I might go to the event at around 5 or 6. Will wait to see the tap schedule for a final decision.
