BT Release Celebration

Confirmed by Jamie to not be a typo. 2011 bottle for Tasting Room attendees!

My browser cache ruined my life. You'll all have to ride the hype train without me, unless of course someone can hook me up with their extra ticket (you can keep the included bottle if wanted). Posted in the "ticket" forum but I doubt anyone looks there...

 

ooops, completely forgot about this. Either way my work has been having internet issues all day so I probably would have been cut out. I would have liked to have gone to the five course pairing, oh well, next year

 

Provisions, Session B for myself and guest (that is TBD).

when i read that the email would have different locations, i thought there would be more tickets available than last year. my last hope is that they'll open an additional session like they did last year. it's the one beer event that i have been looking forward too.

 

Had tickets in my cart, but decided I wasn't going to spend money on them on the hopes that I would be in town for work that week. If it turns out that I am going to be around, consider me ISO.

 

I'll be at Provisions session B as well. I thought the pairing thing sounded pretty cool and didn't care much about getting a bottle of 2011 vs 2012. Only thing I wasn't sure on is that it made it sound like there would be 6 types at the tasting room and only 5 at Provisions. Oh well.

 

After 6 variants of BT you're gonna feel pretty similar to overdosing on syrup and pancakes.

So, anyone want to speculate as to the 6 variants of BT? Three of them will obviously be:

BT
CR
Grey Monday

After that, maybe Cherry Chocolate Rain? Smore's Tuesday was ruled out.

 

Is this an RS only event? Didn't hear of any mentions on their FB pages, etc.

Yea, it says variants and vintages, so I will be mighty disappointed if its just CR, GM, and the 4 years of BT.

 

They said last time it was a PITA to make.

 

But so was Black Tuesday the first time––but here we are at another BT celebration. Don't know if that logic is enough to rule it out, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it was absent as well.
