Fuuuuck. I want it so much, but a 5.5 hour round trip after work is awful. I wonder how many bottles there will be.

 

My cousin just texted me this...pray he splits his allotment with me and I can haves a bottle.

Guessing they will sell out by the end of Thursday. Bummer, but you can't win 'em all!

 

I doubt that, we have never sold 100 allotments in a day. But, what do i know.

Maybe not a fair comparison but how many allotment were there of spirit beast and cognac DA? Those were sold out by 2 or 3.

 

My original statement was false, non "event" releases are usually pretty slow and steady.

 

Looks like another 375 is coming in the next few weeks too. "The Full Allotment" is a collaboration with Quaff Bros...a blend of BA dark app and oil of aphrodite.

The Party Source will have it on draft in a few weeks before bottles are released.

I'm anxious to see how many of the guys who are newer to beer and Jackie Os in general go after these brewpub bottles being sold at the taproom. We know the bottle release regulars would snatch them up quickly.

 

I'm interested how this new/different format goes. Old style releases will return but we have options now.
