Good evening BA, hope everyone had a good Thursday. Looks like a bit of a slower thread today. (Even slower after the server death as expected). Today's reviews:

Very nice fruited Gruit. Mountain Town's Sacred Gruit with Apricot/Peach puree. Flavors of big tart apricot, peach, pineapple, melon, and pear; with moderate honey/bready malts; rosemary and herbal/floral spice earthiness. Moderate fruit tartness and light herbal bitterness on the finish. Balanced fruit acidity and bready creaminess; medium bodied. Moderately dry from the fruit acidity. Very crisp, drinkable, and refreshing. Huge on the fruit but not overly sweet. 3.87

Delicious stuff, can dated for 4/26. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, berry, and pine hops; with caramel/toasted biscuit malts; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Medium pine/citrus peel/grassy bitterness; medium bodied with balanced hop stickiness and bready creaminess in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing dryness; with zero hop astringency. Very juicy on the hop flavor with balanced malt notes. East coast-like attempt. Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and maybe Centennial on hops. 3.9

Very nice imperial spiced stout. Aromas and flavors of big dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, cinnamon, chili pepper, smoke, fudge, toasted dark bread, and light char/dark fruits. Moderate roast/char/herbal hop bitterness, with some light-medium pepper spice on the finish. Medium-plus bodied with balanced creaminess and sticky/chalky roast and pepper notes in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing dryness. Very smooth lightly warming finish; mixture of pepper heat and ABV, but both are not significant. Really well done, with a delicious balance of deep roasty stout and cocoa/chili pepper flavors. The charred roast/hop bitter notes get a touch astringent by the end of the glass. 3.9

Trillium doing their thing as usual. Love these Grimm glasses. Perfect for 16oz's. I ordered the first one months ago and found myself using it constantly so I ordered two more. Thanks @Grimm_Artisanal_Ales for your stellar glass and your beer ain't to shabby either. :grinning:

Lots of delicious Puff on here tonight. I'm following mine with another slightly hoppy beer. I'm also going to start watching the original Star Trek from the beginning on Netflix. I love that show.

I might have missed a thread about this, but is the server on maintenance every evening for an hour?

Overpowered a bit by those unassuming looking chicken tamales in the background. If I had another bottle I would cook it down in a chili.

Back at home base this evening after a fun afternoon of shopping/drinking in Sonoma. Sitting in back yard with:

Found some great white and red wines at Benzinger Winery (Mrs. Zombies is thrilled with the bottles we brought home), and should mention the grounds are awash in flowering shrubs, roses and jasmine-best smelling winery yet!

Afterwards stopped for some beer nearby at Sonoma Springs Brewing Co. Really liked the 'Brutus XX Bitter Pale Ale" with 99 IBUs and 8.9% ABV:
