$110 + tax. $121.29 out the door. I realize I paid it, but that's not the best look for Spiteful.

Well, tickets are on sale. You can add $11.29 in taxes onto that $110 price.... I'm out. Oh well, it's a great beer but there are many others.

Ticket was in my cart and I could just not go through with it. $120 for three beers and two glasses is absolutely ridiculous. This is 18th Street Brewing level stupid pricing.

Apparently the tax charge was a glitch and has been corrected. $110 total. Anyone charged more will be refunded the difference... I'm still out

I would really love to know how many tickets they end up selling for this and how quickly they sell out.

At this price I really hope that they won't sell out quickly or at all - because if they do then that will just signal to Spiteful (and other places) that prices can go even higher and people will still buy them.

Those glasses aren't even that unique either, really. I'd hope they'd at least have something on them to commemorate the event.

Not worth it IMO. Hopefully, they rethink it for next year.

Didn't even consider purchasing when i found out the price for what you get. This isn't just overpriced, it's overpriced by $35.

You are doing a disservice to your BA Name by taking this rational and correct action.

Was going to proceed to checkout, but my credit card and my hand were like when you put those two ends of magnets facing each other, and they keep moving away.

Not that overpriced if you break down the 110 price, 30 for BA Caliente and 20 for BA Pigeon and 25 for the glasses. 5 bucks for the pour and the remaining 10 bucks is worth the guarantee of getting a bottle of BA Caliente.

My only complaint is making you buy 2x BA Pigeon and 2x glasses. would be nice to mix it up with something else or sub for pours at the event. At any rate making you buy more of something you might not want doesn't speak well for your beer's.

Their normal BA beers are usually sub-$20.

Most brewery glasses will sell between $6-8, not for $12.50.

$40 for a beer, even a great beer, is very hefty. In reality, it's not $10 you're paying though, if you're saying $BA Caliente is $30, then it's $80 for the guarantee.

Will do. I love the bar. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like much of an "event"... it's like a bottle pick up with a tasting pour.

Hell, at the Big Hugs release they had guest taps and variants to taste for free.

$5 for a 3oz pour is not worth it to me, either. And a $10 guarantee + $30 for the beer means you're essentially paying $40 for the beer, which is a little steep. Add to that the fact that I don't want $40 worth of a BA porter, nor do I want those glasses, especially at $25 (all going by your pricing, obviously).

No issues with anyone willing to spend it, I just hope that they make the next event A) a la carte B) more of a full event and/or C) more affordable. Best wishes to Spiteful, though; I'm happy they're receiving acclaim for their BA stuff (esp. BAMCC).
