    Howdy,

We got you covered folks...........Look for some Breck Distilling barrel-aged deliciousness coming in November...In fact our local homebrew club is getting a sneak peak tomorrow.

    Cheers.

    The Elevation Team.

The Dillon Dam Brewery has been using the Breck Bourbon Barrels for a while now. We have about five of them in our cooler aging at the moment.

Got a quick tour of the Elevation brewhouse and barrel area - coming along nicely for such a new brewery. Tap beers were excellent as well.

Not entirely sure I'm convinced with the aging plan for Berliner Weisse but will need to do some more research before I scoff too much. I'd always thought it was a quickly turned beer (including historically), not a long (gueuze?) barrel ager.

Really hope that stout makes it up to Fort Collins. All I have yet to find from Elevation has been their Apis IV, which I was definitely a fan of.

Apis was amazing. I am really looking forward to the RIS.

Went to grab a bottle but was not prepared to spend $17. I'll check it out for sure, hopefully it will land on tap somewhere, if not when I have a little extra spending money.

They had it at Freshcraft recently. Not sure if it's still on there or if you're even going to be in the area soon...

Had this at the tap room, and have to say it was easily their best beer, and that is saying a lot. Incredibly complex. Very french oak heavy, but not to a detriment.

Good to know. They seem to be good at posting what they have on tap, so if I head down to Denver anytime soon I will be sure to look into their recent taplist.
