Yea, I've seen this happen. I guess we finally have a brewery that brings out the shitlords. Breweries in this area have never had to deal with hype at this level until recently.

Release party is on Saturday at 1905, and you can pick up cans on Sunday at the brewery.

if anyone is still looking, MOMs in Arlington has LCCB Pineapple Nugget. They also have Hardywood Little Flowers, Center of the Universe IV. And a sign at their growler station says 'local tap takeover featuring Ocelot' starting tomorrow

Downtown Crown has the Evil Twin cans at 17.99 per four pack. A lot to be sure, but what would you pay for a 64 oz growler of the same beers? A shit ton more in Mo Co, no doubt.

Didn't the bombers used to be ~$15?

Yes sir. Sometimes 18$~. However, 64 oz versus a 22 oz bomber is quite the difference!

Hell, even the Double Fudge bomber they had at 10.99 seems steep compared to 4x16 at 17.99.

Thanks for the tip on this - have been waiting on Bretta Rose for about a month.

+ Alexander, but it was $22 +tax. What have people found it for elsewhere? I thought MSRP was in the $16-18 range?

^ Yup, they had a good number left, i.e., at least 5-6 as of 830p last night. $14 per 375ml.

Thanks, yup still have about 5 left.

Also still plenty of Alexander left (multiple cases out on the floor).

Yeah. 2 of their best IPAs being released. Get ready for a line and 30-45 minute crowler wait. It's all good, though. Worth it.

Holy Mountain is doing a DC kickoff event at Churchkey on 6/27. Not sure if they'll be all over or if it's an exclusive deal with NRG, but i'm excited to have them around regardless.

Have there been lines forming before they open? I haven't been there in about 1.5 months, but I have never had to wait longer than 5-10 min for fills when getting there right when they open.

When I popped in for Neutrino on Wednesday, there were 10 people outside.

    Place is getting popular!
