Falling Rock and GABF

    I'd bet they'll be at Rare Beer Tasting. Chris can handle announcing the tapping at FRTH with his fancy schmancy PA system :sunglasses:

    Plus, last pour at Rare Beer would be at 3:50ish, so you can get to FRTH by 4 if you run!!

    Not even sure if I will make it to the Falling Rock this year ... love the place and what they have done over the years but there are sooooo many other places to check out this year. Might try the Thursday night but all other days are booked now.

    Denver/Lodo has turned into quite the beer destination, lots of new places since last GABF.

    Not that I've seen, yet. Keep an eye on Westword blogs and FermentedlyChallenged. I think most places are still scheduling things, so it a complete calendar wouldn't be ready for weeks.

    I think Euclid Hall is having a "Road to the GABF" (kind of like the road to the Final Four), which is an event every weekend until GABF that focuses on a brewery. This came from a customer, who works at EH, but I didn't get a chance to talk more about it with him.

    This is great. Taking a look and you have one event listed on Thursday 10/11 but in the description it says its 10/10. Do you know which is right, I thought it was the 10th? The Lion, The Bear & The Brewmaster

    I think it is a craft beer dinner every Thursday leading up to GABF that features a different brewery. Last Thursday was Stange Brewing Company. $50 a ticket. Upcoming breweries are:
    9/13 Avery
    9/20 Prost
    9/27 Deschutes
    10/4 Great Divide

    The week of GABF, I think Oct. 11th, we're hosting a sour beer lunch event at Euclid with Lauren Salazar. Bringing down a keg of Love Apple Whiskey, Le Terroir (last keg ever) and Tart Lychee. Just FYI. More info to come. Word.
