Parents will be there tomorrow and next Saturday. Any good bottles in the back? Stuff I can't get in Georgia. Thanks
As of last week he had a bunch of new Evil Twin stuff, including Aun Mas a Jesus and cans of Imperial Biscotti, Stone Enjoy By, the new Mudbug canned releases, many others.
We get Stone and Evil Twin here...is Mudbug any good? Never heard of em. Any Perennial or Nola bottles? What local stuff do you recommend?
The Mudbug brews are brand new, haven't tried em. As far as locals stuff, if you like hops the Parish Envie and Urban South Holy roller are delish. The only NOLA bottle out right now I think is Dry Hopped Sauvage (sour), haven't tried it either. Gnarly Barley has a good IPA called Big DIPA but not sure if Steins still has. Their Korova Milk Porter bombers just came out and it's a solid brew. Also some places still have Oceans Between Us which is a tasty Brett IPA by Great Raft, and They just put out Come What Mayhaw, but haven't had yet.
Mudbugs is very average, worth a try before you buy imo since everyone has a different palate. You may like it more than I do. So if you see a single in the cooler then make a purchase, if you like go back for more. They should have the Cafe Au Lait a coffee stout and the blond called White Boot or something like that.
Thanks guys...anything new this week? They just got off the cruise and are going to be in NOLA all day. @NolaHopHead @tduecen
Holly Roller IPA by Urban South Big DIPA by Gnarley Barley Envie by Parish Not sure what else they would have maybe some Crowd Control or SoPro IPA
See if they can grab you a Barrel Aged Unnamed or a Barrel Aged Ragana from SoPro. Both are great and very underrated. Steins usually has a few bombers of SoPro dark stuff.
