That's a bummer, good thing that I didn't hold on to it any longer.

 

I've been through at least two cases of Mash and have had zero issues. Do we batch numbers on these bad bottles?

 

I wish I did, I opened it up at a bonfire and the empty bottle got chucked into the fire.

 

I thought about it at the beginning of the bottle, but by the end it was but a memory.

Just opened an infected 2015 Mash as well. It was tart, followed by a salty taste. When I drain poured it, there was noticeable sediment in the sink as well.

So that's 3 people. Definitely something going on with it.

 

I have about a case right now in the cellar. Looks like I am going to have to open a bottle very soon to see for myself.

 

I'll check in on the side of "no issues". No problems with the multiple bottles I've opened.

 

I had a 2014 Mash on December 31, 2015, infected. Not horrible, but definitely funk and some tartness. Do not have any of the bottle info, sorry.

 

I just opened 3 bottles in a row earlier tonight, all infected and all from the #224 Batch. All were a bit salty (and way off) and very foamy and left sediment in the sink. Major bummer as I still have about 8-10 more bottles.

 

Well... Better unearth my case and check one or two. Fresh it was lovely.

Would also like to know if that's same batch blended into M14 sine I bought 7-8 bottles already

 

I'm opening one tonight, all my bottles are batch #224 also. Really concerned now.

 

Love checking into this thread every few months to see that nothing has changed.
