I've been doing some research on alcohol licenses in Florida. If I was to acquire a 2cop license would that allow me to sell beer and wine on and off premise? The laws seem to be unclear to me. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!

You are correct. A 2COP will allow for both on and off premise sales for both beer and wine.

And generally one valid drivers license with your birthday will allow you to purchase alcohol, if you're of age.:grinning:

This is correct. On premises consumption, and package sale to go.
