I don't think Heresy falls off much with age. I picked up a case last year and a month or two ago when I had a bottle it tasted great. Going to have to do a side by side with the new batch and last years.

Kadonny - Which Wegmans? Guess I'll be stopping at the Collegeville one tomorrow, pass it on my way home from work, kinda have to, right?

Dammit, just as I try to really dedicate myself to not spending money on beer for a short/moderate period of time... Can't pass this up.

Collegeville still had plenty of 4-packs as of this evening.

I got mine at Malvern but I see Collegeville has them as well.

I must say I drank an Insanity last night for some reason rather than a fresh Heresy and it was tremendous. I don't remember it being that good.

So there are wegmans out there that have them, yet the Bethlehem and Easton locations don't have them as of this morning? :astonished: I don't get it!

The Easton Wegs is always slow in getting stuff it seems. If only they weren't so not go to Abe's, which is like 10 extra minutes each way. I want them to have Aprihop and Hoptimum like yesterday. As far as Heresy, I got a couple bottles at the brewery as part of a mix and match. Can't wait to try them.

I've been keeping an eye out for Aprihop and Hoptimum at my Wegmans in Bethlehem as well, but don't hold your breath. I don't think they ever got Aprihop last year (or if they did it was for a short time between my trips home from college) and they tend not to get the more limited Sierra stuff (Bigfoot, Hemispheres, etc.) so I wouldn't think they'll get that either necessarily. Then again, Easton has a larger selection than Bethlehem, but the set up in Easton is mind boggling. No rhyme or reason it seems.

They did get a ton of chicory stout so maybe aprihop will show up too. But I'm not expecting hoptimun

Had a fresh one last night and it was awesome. I think I like them better when fresh, you can get a little hop bite on the finish.

You're thinking of something else or found a beer that had been sitting around for a while. Heresy and Insanity are typically released in roughtly the Feb-Mar time frame each year, depending on when the beer is ready.
