Take a cab. Be prepared to drop $150 plus tip. Drink the SP bottles. Trust me. Worth every bit of 150.

Drinking a beer so you can bring the empty bottle home and impress people with it later is really living life the right way

It usually isn't too hard to find someone to split with, the staff will help too

Just ask around when you get there. I saw this happen 3x with several fellas sitting nearby at the bar who split a DBD. We gave nearly 1/2 bottle of Merci away to two guys from KC sitting next to us before leaving as we had to get going. You never know.

Not sure what this has to do with my question.

It means Cory will release it when he's ready and when he thinks the beer is ready. Pretty unlikely that it got dumped. Also, I might have to tell tMB you're cheating on them.

So I'm thinking DBD will last through the weekend. I get back in St. Louis on Monday so I'm going to head to the Cellar on the 12th to give DBD a try. Anyone want to split a bottle with me? Even a few people would work great, I just don't need to spend $60 and drink 750ml of 15% stout.

True. I was one of the KC guys. I had never met the KC guy that I sat next to and shared the DBD with as well.

Noticed DB Derivation isn't on the cellar list as of today; can anyone confirm the allotment is gone?

The list already did. Always accurate in my experience.

I would assume they are gone. They do a good job keeping that list updated.
