$19.99? Damn, AtG must've sold to wholesalers at near the same cost they sold at the release.

I got it cheaper in Chicago than you guys are getting it lol. $17.99-$18.99 pretty much everywhere.

Still 70K bottles at LB Beaumont, I counted 4 left. Same 19.99 tag.

I imagine hurstbourne will get AB noir sometime soon. They almost always get prairie releases a week late. However, LQ fern valley and outter loop did not get it either. There may not be enough to go around. I got one though one of favorites

LB Hurstbourne had AB Noir last week. I bought one on Wednesday.

Looks like I just missed 70K at LB Hamburg. They had so much Gnight Ryder and plenty of Bomb! but no AB Noir that I could see.

Anybody know if Avery Xolotl or Calipygian hit Lex or are still around?

I called every day asking them if they had recieved it last week and they said no every time. I swear to god beer managers can burn in hell. They're very selfish. All but Mark at LQ in Hurstbourne is a totally rude and hold wayyy too much product for themselves. They're in customer service not self service.

I can relate to this wayyy too much. I don't even bother calling anymore, if I'm by the store I'll drop in but there's no point in calling 9/10 times.

Xolotl hasn't hit as far as I know. Callipygian might still be at Trappe.

West Sixth is releasing a peach barreled Berliner Weisse Thursday in bottles, along with tapping the homebrew contest winner, a ginger braggot.

Xolotl hit Chicago a few weeks ago, as an FYI.

If you called me everyday asking the same question, I'd give the same answer they did; just sayin'.
I doubt they're holding it all for themselves. Probably are holding it for the customers they see often though (hint, hint).

Chris Mattin making a 20 mile drive everyday would be stupid. I got the beers I wanted. If I call and they say it should be coming in tomorrow, call back tomorrow. I call back. I would not like to argue here we're all friends here. They don't hold it ALL for themselves just 2 for every manager in my experiences which is 6-8 a case... I go to these places frequently they know me by name. Like I said I got what I wanted. Anyone here of anywhere with Blood and Flesh Dogfish Head?

When I worked at Liquor Barn years ago, we definitely got first dibs on anything and everything we wanted. For example, about half our Pappy and regular Van Winkle bottles were sold to employees. The others that made it to the shelf were either the 23 year (too expensive for us kids to buy while working at Liquor Barn) or regular Van Winkle bottles people didn't care too much about. All the 12, 15, and 20 year bottles were sold as soon as the box was open in the back. Same situation for limited beers we got.

ehhh all I know for a fact is that customer does not get first choice, at least at Middletown and outter loop. Which makes it an uncomfortable experience to go to either one of those. I feel like all the older locations are much much better.
Anyone find dogfish head Blood and Flesh yet?

Ok I doubt it makes it way passed Chicago, but bells black note was released today at the brewery. I hope it would make its way here but it looks like it won't :slight_frown: love that beer

I'll check next week in Chicago. If it has hit distro, I'll try to snag some to share.

It was available in Louisville earlier this week with no limits at quite a few places. Probably gone now though.
