Assuming distro accounts see bottles in the weeks thereafter? That can't possibly be the dumbest Bodhi question ever can it?

 

That Bodhi release sounds pretty awesome, I'll be on a houseboat at Norris Lake though.

 

Jackie O's Full Allotment and Noble Sorrel hit the Columbus area. The bottle shops I frequent got one or the other, so make sure to look around.

 

Stopped at the Lakewood Bottlehouse for the first time tonight... Was really impressed by the beers offered. Didn't expect them to be as good as they were, given I don't hear much about them.

They had two amazing IPA, both with intense flavors and aroma. They also had a few styles not many places do, such as a mild which was 2.8% and was really quite tasty for what it was. Also had a quad, Altbier, Belgian yeasted fruity IPA and a few other funky options. This place has big potential IMO. Excited to see what they can do with all the lambics and such they have in those barrels. There was two or three duds, but that's typical most places. Overall, will become a regular spot for us. Trivia was amazing as well, we had a blast! Highly recommend that on Wednesday nights. Well worth stopping in!

 

Goddamn it, I want to be at Norris. Next year... Floating house at Flat Hollow, houseboat, maybe house at Deerfield.

 

East side cleveland as well. My local store only got sorrel and it's being held. Sweet.

 

So what was the deal with that Rodenbach Alexander release in OH? Saw 12 bottles land in CLE and sold out immediately. Other shops that sell Belgium stuff didn't even get any. Hmm. Any info out there? I was thinking there would be quite a bit around...maybe not.

 

Heard it was pretty limited. The stores in Cincinnati that got it only got 1 6 bottle case and not many got it.

 

I know that Rozi's and Wine Spot got it and I am assuming Lizardville. I wouldn't be surprised if Mustard Seed in Solon got it. Guessing those are the only spots in the CLE area? Who knows?

 

Blackberry Farm (TN) released all of their saisons in OH. Spring, Winter, Summer etc. Maybe not new, but first I've seen 6 bottles of their's all lined up.

That Maui brewing company gets my vote to kick off the 'Soon to Leave Ohio' thread. It's getting ridiculous.

Yes it will be (in the areas that normally get CBC bottles)

When is founders backwoods normally available? Found some 2015 bottles in the singles section, thought it was odd, likely lost a four pack in the stock room and put it out.

Pretty limited from what I understand. My store supports Rodenbach and the distributor quite a bit and missed out.
