What is the best time of year to go to Cantillon, I am a huge fan of their grape beers such as St. Lamvinus and Vigneronne, I would love to try their other grape blended lambics, any advice?

There is no bad time of year to go. They have grape lambics for on site almost all the time.

These are the only days do consider - They are closed Wednesdays and Sundays and the following dates remaining in 2016:
    • Monday 15/08/2016
    • Tuesday 01/11/2016
    • Friday 11/11/2016

Do you know where I can find there bottle release schedule? Not dates but monthly maybe, which month is the FF release, St. Lam, Blabaer, Vigneronne etc.

There isn't really a schedule. They release the lambic when they feel it's ready.

I would love to try Pinot D'Aunis and Riesling Zusslin, Zelige! Any advice on how to get my hands on these? I would greatly appreciate it!

I see so there is no way of knowing when to go to make sure to get bottles of Vigneronne, St.Lam, Blabaer. I am trying to plan a beer trip to Belgium, it would be my first time.

Fou Foune will be soon, as it's usually in September. Vigneronne is their Spring seasonal and is usually available in April. Blaebar was just released a few weeks ago and is only available in Denmark.

Best chance is the Cantillon Quintessence.

    Only for sale in Copenhagen.
Never for sale (well, maybe maybe on Quintessence), only on-site consumption.

The only way to get those is to be at the brewery as they are only sold as on-site consumption. I am there many times a year and have never seen.

To answer your question from before about release dates. Like JNL stated, there is never an official release date. Just a general timeframe. a rule of thumb is that FF will be released in fall and St. Lam + Vig will probably be released late winter/early spring

This is seriously actionable intel. Don't ask me how much bubble wrap I've gone through over the years -- the better part of an industrial-sized roll... I gather that "classic" bottles won't cut it and you probably mean the "large bottles" that you can get in 3, 6 or 12 bottles? Just checking you don't mean the "extra large bottle" that's only for a single item. Though I could probably make good use of that for the magnums, right...
