Definitely take @Beerisheaven advice. Although, I thought we're supposed to be quiet about F&M and it's cozy, homey, environment

Forest & Main is a cool place, but I don't think their beers compare to Tired Hands. But I suppose if Saisons are your thing, F&M has a lot to offer.

I'd suggest Carton and Kane for anyone traveling to that NJ vicinty, as I'd suggest F&M and TH for anyone traveling to that PA vicinty. Not comparing, merely offering up another suggestion should one make that trip...F&M is no slouch and their pale ale's, limited wild's, etc. are quite good as well

Does Forest and Main make saisons on Tired Hands' level? Tired Hands makes the best saisons I've ever had.

Needless to say but this is a subjective matter. I have had Forest and Main Saisons that I have enjoyed drinking as much (if not more) as the various Sasions I have consumed at Tired Hands. We Philly area beer consumers are very fortunate to have multiple high quality local breweries/brewpubs and Tired Hands and Forest & Main are just two of many.

    Cheers!

I'd say yes. I thought their last bottle release, Paradisornis, was amazing. Tired Hands saisons are great too though.

They both definitely make good saisons. Not on the level of Hill farmstead, DE Garde, or side project in my opinion but you won't be disappointed in either place. Always enjoy ourison.

I'm still thinking of that watermelon milkshake. What a smooth and refreshing flavor.

Where does it stack up with previous milkshakes in your opinion?

    That one kicked already right?

the adult thing to do would be to not put a chair down in the first place.

Could of been the pour but the consistency was one of the thickest milkshakes Ive had yet. The watermelon wasn't artificial or over bearing in anyway. Crisp, clean, refreshing with mixed citrus and vanilla notes. I loved it.

The adult thing to do would be to ignore the chairs and have people stop throwing bitch fits like pre-teen little girls... but we all know people won't go that route.

A never ending argument that will never be in favor of the plaintiff.. So much wasted energy on the topic... sigh.

Agree, Paradisornis was one of their better offerings to date. Tremendous beer, wish I had more bottles if it.

Mango is amazing. I might like it better than Kalmansi, thats how good it was. I went in to the Ferm after I got my allotment - which I advise so you don't have to crack open a can later that night.

Anyone try the Hop Hands yet? I saw quite a few people not taking the full allotment of Hop Hands, word must be spreading.

Did the same thing as you. Might be my favorite milkshake so far, and dangerously drinkable for that abv. As for HopHands, will know tonight. I picked up one 4pack just to see if it's got any better...or continued to get worse. Would have drank one last night, but SEPTA's trains took so long that they were warm by the time I got home..

You should try Fantome, Saison DuPont, etc.

So what would have been the "latest you could get there" cut off time last night? What time did did the line get short? What time did it sell out? How many people went home empty handed?

I'd love to see a graph of this.
