Threes Brewing in Brooklyn?

Excited to pick up my cans tomorrow...tap list looks great too. Have a feeling I might end up having too much fun at Threes and won't even feel like heading to OH afterward.
(Who am I kidding? I'll probably still go)

 

Had a great experience with Three's can release, which was my first. Was nice of them to give everyone a free beer for the delay. Enjoying a SFY now that i've made it back to Queens.

 

Both beers are great.

 

Picking up my cans Monday. Still holding out on the next canned offerings being on tap.

 

Really hoping they plan on canning There You Are. On tap right now and delish.

 

How much of a delay to cause threes to give a free beer?

I just like knowing I will end up with exactly what I want. Line or no line... it's a nice feeling.

 

Yes! I had a pint of this today and it was so good.

 

I went yesterday at 3PM to pick up my beers and had one while I was there. Had trouble deciding between the Brett pale ale and this, but ultimately went with There You Are and was glad I did. It was great.

 

A week.

 

Ordered a 4-Pack of each of this weekend's releases (Constant Disappointment & I Hate Myself.) Don't really want to order more than that without trying them first. Moving forward, I'd love it if they listed the hop profile, or a bit more about the beers during the preorder period so we have a better idea of what they will be like.

 

I agree! I ordered 2 four packs of each and am having minor buyer's remorse. There's too much good beer out there! I really don't need more than a 4 pack unless I know it is extremely interesting to me. That being said, I am truly enjoying the beers I picked up Friday.

 

If you're picking up cans tonight, SFY is apparently trapped behind a broken door/gate...Not a big deal since I live nearby but if you're traveling you may want to call ahead.

 

They are handling it very well though (free beer).

 

The BeerGate scandal is pretty exciting to watch unfold...literally, the gate has folded over itself now as they work to pry it open.

I completely forgot about the free draft pour due to the delay. I assume you had to ask them about it to redeem?

 

On Saturday they just gave me a ticket to redeem at the bar.

 

When I went they gave me a ticket and told me to use it for a free beer. I didn't ask.

 

I picked up Friday night and was just given a ticket for one of Three's beers, not the outside beers they also sell.

 

Yeah, I thought it was a bit odd that it had to be a Threes beer, but not complaining in the slightest since There You Are is a fantastic IPA and they certainly didn't have to offer a free beer at all.
