    Hey All,

My wife is traveling to Durham for work on Wednesday and will be heading back Friday. Any recommendations for currently available can't-miss bottles/cans/growler fills that I should request?

I'd tell her to keep an eye out for the last couple of Zebulon releases if you like funky or hoppy saisons. Either the newest one the orange citrus saison, or the one before that the funky apricot saison (purple for Prince).

Also a new batch of Ceremonial session ipa from Burial (cans) is out and is very good.

Thanks! We unfortunately missed out on visiting Zebulon when we vacationed to Asheville (completely slipped my mind) and I had no idea they distributed. I will definitely put that on her radar.

Be sure to hit Sam's near Duke.

I'm looking more for specific to-go (bottles/cans/crowlers/growlers) beer recommendations, but I'll note that as a good bottle shop option to find them! I hit Beer Durham on our last visit and I thought that was a nice setup with good prices.

Westbrook's Key Lime Pie gose dropped today, but it may be tough to come by tomorrow. I'll second the shout out to Burial Ceremonial cans, they've been great so far. Haw River is doing some cool stuff as well that should be relatively easy to find.

As far as specific Wicked Weed ones, I'd say right now the can't-miss ones are Bombadile and Garçon de Ferme if you can still find it.

Sam's is gonna have the best selection of standards, rarities, and new releases. It's probably the best shop in the state.

Thanks again for all of the recommendations guys/gals! My wife came back with a box of goodies, consisting of:

Westbrook Gose (Already wishing my sixer was a case...)
Some Wicked Weed (Bombadile, Garçon de Ferme, and a few others that we didn't have during our Asheville trip)
A few selections from Haw River
    Zebulon Batch #3

Looking forward to drinking through some of the bottles today. Huge help all!

It's nice when people report back in threads like these, I always like to see what they ended up with or what they thought about various places.

Mind me asking where she found a Zebulon Batch 3 still hanging out?
