    Didn't realize Rogue had a Kölsch, definitely will be looking for that, been loving Kölschs.this summer!

    White Birch Small Batch Pilsner. Very bright hazy yellow color and with a decent head that disappears quickly but not before leaving some wonderful lacing behind. Aroma is citrusy and mildly grassy and so is the taste. Otherwise super crisp and with just the right amount of bitterness to be an excellent thirst quencher.

    It probably didn't hurt that I'd been curious to try a dry-hopped Berliner, but the combination of reading your (again, excellent) review & (for lack of better terminology) 'knowing' you with respect to your approach to beer sealed the deal :-)
    Of course now I'm in the same boat as you, I grabbed the last one on the shelf at my local shop :angry::wink::slight_smile:

    Much appreciated. Surgery went well and am back at home recovering. The nerve block mess will wear off overnight....can't WAIT for that to happen :rolling_eyes::rolling_eyes: but that is what pain meds are for. Maybe I'll see y'all tomorrow :wink:
