I will be buying similar to what I got last year. Living in Chicago I would kick my ass all year long if they turned out to be great. I know they had their misstep last year, but doesn't their history of brewing some of the best BA beers around give them the benefit of the doubt? I'd rather have them and something bad happens, than not have them and have to go looking for them if they are great. Just my thoughts.

I have been buying, storing and sharing this beer with family and friends since 2008 but will not purchase any in the future.

Was this the first year where you've had problems? I'm just wondering what would make someone give up on a product they've been buying (and seemingly enjoying) for 8 years. If there were other instances of issues and/or not enjoying the product anymore, that would make sense to me.

My area fortunately is usually fairly easy to get bottles. Last year i was able to snag Rare and a case of regular BCBS, even able to snag a couple Regal variants. I will say my whole case didnt come from one store but even found some just relaxing at my local Publix grocery store. Every year i look forward to getting up a little early and starting my hunt. Its unfortunate what happened last year but it seems everyone is taking this out on them because of AB-InBev. I find this totally unfair, especially because the Bourbon County division has been untouched. Also because i have spent a lot more on barrel aged stouts from other breweries that have been infected. Have we all forgot about those instances?? I know im not alone on this issue. Actually i commend Goose Island for putting out such a amazing BA stout with the size of their operation. There is much smaller breweries that have really had some bad infections. These barrel aged programs are extremely complex and volatile. Lets all try to put aside our issues with the "Bigger" company here and once again commend Goose Island.

I voted none as I'm not going to stand inline for it, I really like it but waiting to pay that much for a bottle just doesn't do it for me and in this area that's the only way to score some

Only bought 4 regs, 2 barleywine, and 1 Rare so I expect to do about the same.

Put me down as “not sure”
I am new to the craft beer scene. Last year I woke up at 3 am a stood in rain to pick up 8 reg 1 coffee 1 barlywine & 1 rare.
My coffee & barlywine were both good. But all of my reg were bad so far (still got 4 bottles to drink) I am worried about the rare as a wanted to rest it but will probably drink it sooner than later.
    Very disappointing experience

I'll try to get a case, same as last year. I'll drink a few through out the year and hold a few back to age.

Don't worry, no way in hell they would allow this to happen again - they'll pasteurize.

The same as I always do... whatever happens to be available or what I come across... not a problem.

I will do exactly what I did last year and privacy end up with 4-5 bottle of regular and a couple of variants. This past year sucked but I have enjoyed this beer for a few years I am going to consider it a one off.

Some, … a little less than in 2015 and it has nothing to do with the issues encountered by the '15 infections.

I just think buying 3XRare, 3XProp, 2XRegal, 2XCoffee, 3XBarleywine and 18XRegular was a bit much. I don't get a chance to drink with people all that often and the amount I spent on that line was a bit excessive. Will dial it back this upcoming year.

Probably more than I'm happy with. I'll buy it then go shower to get the ABInbev off of me

Whatever "my guy" gets and saves for me, same as last year. Probably a Prop or two, a couple barlywines and a bunch of reg. I don't like coffee so those are out and the Regal Rye was nothing special. This last year all my barly was bad and all my Prop was bad as well so I'm kinda sour (haha) but it was one year and no stress to get it. Many years of fine beer vs one bad, everybody's entitled to a mistake here and there.

Goose Island used to be so far ahead of everyone with their barrel aging program. Now, many brewers have caught up. I'm going to buy less. There's so much good beer to drink, I don't sink all my eggs into the bourbon county basket.

Can't find this stuff in Chicago without lining up, so I'll buy zero. Too much effort for the potential reward.

Being that I still have 8 regular, 2 barleywine and 1 rye "aging" in my cellar, I won't be going as crazy this year.

I'll try and get a bottle or few. But if I don't get any, I won't be hurt. There's plenty of other BBA stouts out there.
