I thought I saw there will be canning runs on Wed, Thurs and Fri. GFPPA has been added to the website.

 

Case limit GaFoPo. Ridiculous.

 

Right now you can get 4 cases of cans plus bottles/growlers and more canning runs to come. You'll live...

 

They canned yesterday and are canning again on Friday

Ok cool so Galaxy FPPA should be available. Looking at their coming soon, hoping the can Skimpy Sparrow on Friday, I love that one.

 

It's funny because I was just gonna come in and apologize for the derailment of the thread! SO happy GDHFP is on at Trillium, hopefully it lasts until Friday!!! Thanks for all the tips, and I'll def. be starting a new thread.

 

Right now they have 4 beers in cans with 1 case limits. They are planning to can 2 more before the end of the week? What would you consider to be a great selection if not this?

 

I did not know they were canning two more and Galaxy DHFP just got announced today. So they had 3 prior and they seem to be kicking cans every day the last few days. That is why I asked if they would be canning anymore this week.

 

I'm going to head over there Monday right before my reservation at Row 34 and whatever they have in cans, I will buy. That sounds like a solid plan.

 

Just curious, what's everyone's take on sitting on the recent stouts for a while? I really loved dusk trill dawn, and I haven't tried the omni collab yet. I'd really prefer to drink them in like October or November.

I know the coffee flavor starts to fall off, so aside from that will these beers lose any of their integrity? At the end of the day I'd rather drink them when they're at their best than sit on them until the weather is at its best.

 

I don't think I've ever liked coffee/spice beers more after aging than when they were released. Coffee usually gets very stale. I can't imaging how messed up cardamom would get.

But October isn't really that far away. Maybe just keep it in the fridge if you need to or open it on the first random cold day. I enjoyed both of these beers immensely on some hot days

 

Here in Canton having a pour of Pier. Really well done.

 

Is there any truth to this, or just hopeful anticipation / speculation?
