Cans have been lasting over a week - you'll be fine at either location this weekend.

Also, they redistribute cans among their two locations daily, so inventory today has no bearing on Saturday availability.

Any speculation on how long this will last at Fort Point? I come into town tomorrow at around 1pm for Pearl Jam and would love to get some.

I am assuming cans will stay fresh for a month or two? I am heading up tomorrow and want to stock up for awhile since trillium is a 3 hr ride for me. Wanted to get a month or two supply. Wallet is not going to be happy.

If you happen to be a fan of Galaxy hops, tomorrow is the perfect time to head up with GFPPA and Congress available

Hey guys, here are some numbers post-Week 1 of cans, just so you have an idea how long anything will last. Obviously, this can change when you see a new beer/collab/other big release announced, but for generalities:

DIPAs have been lasting 8-10 days (Mettle, Vicinity) with the exception of Cutting Tiles, which was about 2.5.
IPAs have been lasting 6 days (Congress) to 13 days (Sleeper).
Pale Ales have been lasting 3 days (Galaxy FP; DDH FP was 5) to 7 days, or even as high as 12 days (Launch Beer).

We're still only a little more than a month into canning so these numbers may eventually change, but that's about what you should expect for the rest of the summer on normal days. If you're heading to Trillium and see people freaking out about a release on this forum, cans will fly out of the brewery sooner.

JC is good at letting people know on twitter when things are running low, and if you have your eye on something in particular just ask them if they expect to still have cans of it by your arrival. Their predictions are pretty reliable.

Also, Trillium hasn't been stating how many cases they are doing per run lately, but it's been anywhere from 500 to 675 cases when they do announce it.

This is very helpful for the people like me traveling to Boston for a few days. Thank you for the heads up.

Interesting, thanks. Given that Cutting Tiles is all Mosaic, I wonder if they're going to completely swap out the Mosaic for Galaxy, or just dry hop the Mosaic base with Galaxy. And then further, if they're going to do the same for Cutting Tiles and other hops as they have with many of their base beers.

Hoping to get an answer for this question is literally the only reason I keep opening the trillium threads.

I'd be interested in hearing the logic were Trillium to distribute their cans in the near future. It seemed like the only APA/IPA/DIPA bottles that hit distribution after Canton opened were the batches that weren't flying. They're now selling each batch in less than a week while maintaining a super easy in/out for customers - why would they willingly take a hit by sending out cans at wholesale price?

Really? At CBC Belmont they have routinely gotten bombers of all of the Streets, of Vicinity, of Upper Case, of all the various Fort Points... honestly, the only ones I haven't seen there have been the collabs.

Yeah, Urban Grape always had everything except the collabs and one-offs.

I don't see why they would if they can sell everything so easily through their own brewery. Perhaps once they increase production a bit more?

Well, they did set up a decent local distribution network after Canton opened, and they were perfectly capable of selling through their bombers at the brewery. I expect they'll be sending cans out to distro sooner rather than later.

I believe the plan is to do single-hop. So, it'd be all Galaxy.

Personally Mosaic throws a lot of funk for me, which I think is a super cool compliment to the honey. And for me, Galaxy is like the opposite end of the juice spectrum, it seems like it's going to be a very very different beer. Will be interesting for sure. I was hoping for a Nelson Sauvin variety

Thanks, sounds like it will be great regardless. I could also go for the Nelson as I loved the Big Sprang, which was heavily dosed with Nelson Sauvin.
