Me neither. They did the same thing with Champion Ground last year and didn't announce it until Friday morning. That was a great surprise.

 

Oh damn man, just saw this. Really want to try BA Oro. Oro is easily my favorite brew of theirs. Anyone think it's possible for it to still be on tap at any of the 3 locations on Sunday?

 

it's not just you - one i had recently was def going south.

 

Just a hunch, but if this ends up in bottles like people are speculating, then there would be quite a bit, and in turn, more than 1 keg. So in that case, I'd say yes, it'll still be flowing on Sunday.

But that's just hyperbole. All we can do is hope.

 

*closed* I recently got back from a Vermont trip, and I bought more than I can reasonably drink fresh. That being said, I'm giving away a free can of The Crusher and a free can of Summer Street to 2 people who wouldn't otherwise get the chance to try them (one total can to each person, first person to message me gets to pick which one they want). The only caveats are that you must never have had it before, and that it is for drinking, not trading - honor system here. I'm staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites on Friday. First 2 to message me get dibs.

Can I get a price check on Vanilla Coffee Dark App? I know their pricing structure is usually 12 for BA and 6 for non in their stouts but I feel like this one was 12 also due the additions. Can't recall.

We're headed down Saturday to get some of BB Oro Negro.
I'm kind of on the fence about how it's going to taste: I think regular Oro Negro is perfection, it's my favorite beer ever, but I'm not sure that barrel aging it is going to make it better. My wife loves bourbon barrel aged beers, me not so much, but I will admit that Jackie O's does it better than any others I've had.
So yeah, nothing new to add, but we'll be part of the insanity.
Didn't want to go jet skiing this weekend anyways.
