i don't think it will be that hard to trade for as i guess lots of people will be walking away with 4 cases

 

With all the bottles from the release, plus having a 12 bottle limit on BB Oro, I can't imagine many people will get 24 bottles of BB Oro. At least I hope not because I might try to go down tomorrow!

At $576 plus bottles from release. Unless people are maxing out cc's or making runs on all the atm's in athens dont see this happening that often

 

Why do you need to buy that much? That kind of over-consumption will just force them to impose tighter limits in the future.

@beace any chance you have a case count for today? Would likely not be able to be down until late afternoon, would rather not have a 5 hour round trip and end up empty handed. Any insight would be appreciated!

 

sitting at the bar last night for a couple of hours, of the 30 some people that bought bottles, only 3 didn't buy a full case.. I asked, and they were local (although some of the "couples" only bought 1 case)

The bar tenders working the evening shift couldn't guess how much was sold.. they did say that the "morning" shift was off the charts busy.

they also said that they saw a lot of "you pa people" throughout the day Guilty as charged!

normally a 3 hour trip one way turned into 4 1/2 getting there.. still wasn't going to miss it

kinda bummed that BB Coffee Oil bottles sold out before I got there... definitely my favorite of the last 6 or so releases.. Noble being a close second.

 

Anyone know what month they are on?

 

Glad I came down. There were still a crap load of good beers on tap and BB Oro wasn't close to selling out.

 

Hope the bb pro lasts until Monday....

 

I had a blast at the release. I think I actually liked the later time for the calendar pages, since it let me try a couple beers before getting in line, while only taking half a day off work.

 

Welp, how's the BB Oro stock looking, bottle-wise?

 

I think you will be fine to grab bb oro, plus it's going back to the normal 6 bottle limit tomorrow or Monday. Seemed to be a lot left as of 3:30 today, with the crowd dying down at that point as well.

 

I thought it was 12 pp thru the weekend

 

What a concept, drink beer instead of standing in line. Ive been saying this for years, glad to hear its catching on. The line for pages is pointless unless you have to leave early on Saturday or something like that. The first person usually gets the same as the last.

 

How is Basement Berries? That's the one I'm most looking forward to.
