carbing a previously carbed beer

    I poured some american wheat from the keg (carbonated) into a gallon jug with some berries. It's been sitting a week and I was going to bottle it. Should I bottle carb it with some sugar?

    If you want it to be carbonated, yes. At this point, it probably has about the same amount of residual CO2 as a newly fermented beer, unless your gallon jug was sealed.

    It was not. That's what I was thinking I just wanted to double check. I wish I had some of those left over fizz drops....
