Trillium Brewing Company (August 2016)

Picked up both Galaxy hopped Fort Point and Skimpy Sparrow cans this week. A real treat

 

Scaled Up today.

 

Hoping it lasts til Friday afternoon. I want to try it really bad!

 

It's only listed at Fort Point. Wonder if that's a typo?

 

I'm sure because as I'm sure you know, the canning line is in Canton. I could be wrong though.

The beauty of going somewhere that serves really great beer is that even if they are out of what you came for you can still leave with some pretty killer stuff.

Grabbed 2 fours of Melcher and Congress, and trying the Sparrow. Can't be mad.

Quick question, have any cans made it to distribution? Will be up in western mass this weekend, would love to stop by Yankee in Sturbridge and grab a couple four packs.

 

Of course my mule (dad) made the trip yesterday (which I am very grateful for) and I missed the DDHFP!

But hey, he got me some great shit for my birthday to have on the beach!

This Mass Pike accident has canceled my trip today I think. So frustrated. Accident happened at 3AM and it's still not cleared up....ugh.

 

Drove by it today on the way to Jersey (it backed up the westbound lane for 20 miles or so with people rubbernecking...annoying), looks like they had to rip up the pavement and are in the process of replacing it, must have been quite an accident. Traffic was backed up well onto 84, not a good scene.

 

Dropped into Fort Point at 12:30 today. Picked up some Scaled Up, Congress St, DDHFP and some Fort Point today. Two person line. Ridiculous. Plan to do a side by side with the dry hopped and std FP to see if the dry hop is worth the $5. Have to say the can format for beers like Scaled Up is tremendous. So so much better to get 4 than buying one bomber and having to drink all at one sitting.

anyone else having issues with opening these DDH Fort Point cans??
