We're getting towards kicking a keg of our mango pepper saison (habanero and jalapeno). We previously put this into bottles for our first batch, and I'm a little worried about the pepper taste or heat hanging around in the keg. The beer most likely to go into it is a gose, unless I need to delay for a roastier beer to compensate.

It's been in there for a couple of months. Do y'all think that there might be some flavor pollution? Is there a good method of cleaning other than star-san that may get the taste out better?

First, Starsan is not a cleaner. It's a sanitizer that you use to sanitize an already clean keg. Clean your keg with PBW, OxiClean, or something similar. Cleaned properly, stainless steel is not going to retain any flavors. You might want to replace your O-Rings though.

Vinyl hoses are the worst for retaining chile essence...kegs, not so much
