Ok - I mentioned a little while back that I'd like to run an LIF for the 1 year anniversary of Newbies so here it is. Open to anyone who has participated in one of the rounds. We'll keep it simple on this - just like my post and you will be entered. Box to land prior to August 27!

It's time for the next round of #GIF (Growler It Forward)! If you'd like to participate: BM your info (name, address, email, any shipping restrictions, etc.) with the subject 'GIF' if you'd like to be involved. I'll keep sign-ups open until August 19 at 10am eastern time. -Don't Fill up the growler with a quality beer from a local brewery (it leaks) -Ninja off to a random member in the GIF -Once they get it, they drink the growler(s) and post a #VBS. Once the growler(s) is empty, recipient signs the growler with the sharpie / pen included. Additionally, there will be a wrapped "challenge" bottle in the box. There will be a written challenge that must be completed and proven prior to unwrapping and drinking the bottle. If you complete the challenge, please replace the bottle you earned with a new challenge and challenge bottle prior to shipping along the new box. If for some reason you cannot video or take a picture of yourself doing the challenge due to job reasons, we can think up a more appropriate challenge. This is open to anyone who has participated in the Newbie BIF. Since the growler leaks I'll be filling the package with some crowlers from my local store. I'm going to end sign ups Friday morning because I'm off that day and can go to my store to get the beers. I won't be free to go to the store Saturday and Sunday
For whatever reason this thread crossed my mind today and I figured I'd poke my head in, funny it just so happened to be the one year anniversary. Lifes been busy but busy is good - except for the backlog its created in my cellar that's nearly 300 bottles deep now. Seems only right I put a little bit of the burden on someone else in form of a LIF. I'll be heading up to Vermont for hopjam this weekend. I'll be making some pit stops along the way so the LIF will go to whoever comes closest to total milage I clock from Friday to Sunday. Gonna leave it open til midnight on Sunday I'll be good for a #handshake for anyone else coming up as well for as long as I'm lucid, these people are nuts for making it a 10 hour single session

Hah think the counts around ~150 treehouse tags plus a good handfull of trillium and tired hands. Between the obnoxious lines at tree on growler days and trillium/tired making the move to canning the collections just been picking up dust, no real need for them now which is awesome being from MA and you can only fill brewery-specific growlers. Have more than I know what to do with
