    "SURPRISE!!! A bunch of our barrels are ready to bottle up so we decided to do Part IV for this weekend! This blend is Imperial Nimptopsical (bourbon aged since 11/15), Quad (rye aged since 10/15), and S.M.A.S.H, our English Barleywine with Maris Otter malt and Kent Golding hops (bourbon aged since 11/14). All were aged in @hillrockestatedistillery barrels, 12.1% abv, $16/750ml. Limited release starting Friday at 12."

    We will be releasing 2 styles of canned beer on Wednesday, August 17th at 4pm.

    Consumer Friendly Keg Mover - Hoppy Lager. The first time this beer is going into cans. This is a big, super-juicy IPA that happens to be a lager. Using the lager yeast lends to the beers drinkability and crispness. The hops used are Simcoe, Cenntenial, and Chinook. Brewery-only release. It comes in at 5.9%. $13/4pk.

    Zingerbier - Berliner Weisse with Ginger. We will also be canning a big batch of Zingerbier, just in time to replenish our stock. Look for this one in the brewery and in your local Hudson Valley Bottle Shop! $10/4pk.

    Planning on stopping by the brewery Fri or Sat. Not worried about getting the Zingerbier since it's been going around awhile, so pretty sure it will last. Thoughts on the CFKM lasting? That sounds delicious and would love to bring some cans home to stock up the fridge for these dog days of summer!

    My thought is that you almost certainly will be safe if you get there Friday, and probably Saturday, but ya never know. I am getting my limit today is all I can say for certain.:slight_smile:

    Picked up my cans and a couple of bottles of Part IV. Followed that up with a Beanhead. Every time I go there I tell myself that i need to go more often. Such a great place with great beer
