Does Foam fill growlers from other breweries?

Kind of disappointing to hear that they are still filling growlers with too much air space (and not capping on foam). They did this back when they opened and people gave them a pass. I wonder if it is just one employee that does it incorrectly. I think people need to say something to them since the growler life will definitely be less with the extra oxygen and less beer in the growlers. No good reason for a brewery to fill a growler in this manner.

Yes. 750's for sure, and also 32 oz apparently.

This is correct, bring your own cap for 32oz.

Yeah this place stole the show for our trip last weekend. Built to Spill and Pavement were two of the better beers we had the entire trip. Also that nitro cold brew coffee was good, can't wait to see what else they put out in the future. It will now permanently be part of the itinerary.

PM me when you plan to be there. Traveling with my brother/sister in law, going to be running around to different beer spots in Burlington that day. Maybe see you at Foam, not sure what time we will get there.

Gonna check this place out on Saturday. The immense praise that you all have put on them makes this a brewery I can't miss.

Not sure where the problem was but got 6 growlers filled yesterday and they were all filled to perfection. I was watching as the first one was filled to make sure but didn't need to ask them to change there normal routine. Maybe it was the employe but mine were all done correctly.

Well deserved hype. Phenomenal beer, beautiful location. If you're visiting Burlington, absolutely go.

Stopped by last weekend, but was underwhelmed. No tasters. $6 half pints. Great location, concept and vibe in the space. Built to Spill - awesome band, but this IPA didn't live up to the hype.

Enjoyed visit to Foam on 8/19 based on recommendations here. Arrived mid afternoon, easy parking in the lot. Beautiful views very close to the water. The beers were excellent, had their Pavement (favorite), Built to Spill, Nameless, and Lupi Fresh. Got a few growlers to go as well. Hard to believe these guys have only been at it a few months. See good things for their future. Had their Yellow Dot in Waterbury the evening before. It was very tart, makes your mouth pucker up.

Visited yesterday, had a great time. All the beers were great, food was great, place wasn't overcrowded.

Overall nice experience, and finished the day on a bench overlooking lake Champlain. Can't get any better.

Can't say enough about how great the place was. Went Thursday and Friday Evenings last week. Sat outside watching the sun set. Beers were tremendous, Food was good, service very good. A must stop if you are in the area. Place was busy both nights, so the word must be getting out....I will be back.

My wife and I spent the week in Waterbury and Burlington last week. This is the third year in a row we have vacationed in Vermont and we will probably go back next year.

Foam is easily one of our favorites. Nameless is a great IPA and Built To Spill is one of the better DIPAs I had all week. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We are looking forward to next year's visit.
