Have 4 of these still in the cellar. It was incredible fresh, will be interesting to see how it is with 1+ years on it...

It's drinking extremely well right now. Had one from out of the case I have in the cellar a couple of days ago and was quite impressed.

If you're drinking you're beers like Kramer did in your avatar (i.e. with a cigarette in your mouth/beer), then I could definitely see the ash part.

So this is one week from being a year aged.........just absolutely fantastic now. All the bitterness is gone, unbelievably smooth. Heaven in a glass. Holy shit is this amazing best non BA stout I've had.

Had one the other day for the first time in months and thought it had aged beautifully! Glad I have 5 of them left but now wishing I'd bought more..

These posts are reminding me I have a pair left I believe. I loved it from day one, cant wait to see how this turns out. Never picked up on the ashy flavor people are speaking of. Hoping to open when I get back in town from Lockn this weekend!

Popped one open the other day, didnt really like it at first and as it warmed it was pretty much a chocolate smoothie for me and was amazing. I can't wait to see what age does with it, got about 7 left.

Assuming I knew of a place that still had a six pack of it.... Would be wise for me to go and get it, yes? Disregarding the fact that I already have a six of them left....

Of course! I was planning on making the trip Sunday. Just didn't if someone had a limit of how much bell's 30th is too much bell's 30th (if there is such a thing).
