Founders Harvest - Any Word?

Just find it to be incredibly barbaric.

 

I agree, but with KBS unfortunately it was. It probably lasted that long because that store got 2 cases at 9am, but they did allow you to buy 4 packes.

 

Just wondering, how do you guys get all this beer before noon? Do you take days off when you knows its around? It sucks when I get out of work and the 2 cases they got sell out before 1pm...

Makes sense, it always pays to have a good beer guy at the store, I can get lucky with certain releases since they will hold for some. Others like KBS just fly.

 

I was able to get a case of KBS, but traded some and shared most with others. I may have had 4-5 by myself.

A case? wow....a buddy and I were at Founders for KBS day and only came away with 12 apiece after the whole case-splitting decision came down...you sir....

Based on their twitter account, looks like it just got bottled last week, so we may not see it for another week or two, I would guess.

 

Yeah they posted on facebook the first bottle of Harvest coming off the bottling line on 10/4. I've purchased both FBS and Double Trouble this year just under 14 days from bottling, so I'm hoping this will follow suit and be here next week.

 

I know this doesn't help much, but my buddy in Green Bay, WI said it hit his store today, so it is making it's way out to distro.

 

Came knockin up here today. 10/4 bottling, 1 week to customer ain't bad.

 

Is this a 4-pack release or 6-pack? Anyone know if it got approved for NH?

 

6pack, but you aren't supposed to talk about where you have seen it in BA.

 

It's always been a 4 hasn't it?

 

I am really wanting to score some this year, but it is hard to do when any Founders limited release disappears from every store in the area within the first hour.
