Any update @AOTP? Was @Griff57 able to send a box out your way?

 

He talked about sending a box on Wednesday.
Anyone sending a box to sit on a truck over the weekend would be a bad trader. Give him Monday or Tuesday before judging.

 

It sounds like they are fairly close, so a box arriving by Friday could have happened

 

it could but I personally will wait until after wednesday to make any judgement

 

Was waiting for Headroom release, and had couple of IPs set up to get him the Treehouse I promised him. Picking those up tonight and getting box out to him tomorrow.

 

Boy! That peanut gallery you are putting down helped you shame the poor guy into getting you a box of pretty good sounding stuff. And now you are going to talk about them? Man, I'm not sure I'd want to deal with you either!

 

Love the hipocracy in this thread (sarcasm). Can't wait for the OP to get his beer, so we can lock this up and move forward. Maybe we shouldn't allow *Bad Trader* threads anymore?? Obviously they don't get the job done (sarcasm).

The peanut gallery is the whole reason this thread exists. Please don't bite the hands that feed you as you have specifically asked for the help of fellow BAs to reach the [hopeful] resolution.

 

I find this interesting...This thread is the main reason YOU are getting your beer and then in the process of getting your beer you call the people who "helped" you the peanut gallery? Saying he's just as bad as the Bad Trader might be a stretch, but it was a stupid thing to say for sure.

 

Not in my opinion..I do understand others thinking the different and have no problem with it....But its hard for me to respect anyone who shits on people who help them..

The OP was precisely correct; he's not shitting on anyone.

There's a big difference in the peanut gallery helping the OP get his beer (which appears to have worked well here, & often does) & the peanut gallery turning into a lynch mob foaming at the mouth.

This probably deserves its own topic. People get pissed & rude & nasty even when a "bad trader" comes in & tries to make it right, like this guy did. Or they get pissed & rude & nasty when a "bad trader" won't show up to defend him/herself. Talk all you want about the very slight attitude brought, this guy's apparently going to make it right.

Clearly most people have done something wrong to have brought a "bad trader" thread on themselves. But IMHO, once someone has (apparently) sincerely apologized & promised to make it right, lay off for a while to see if they come through.

 

You forgot the part where we get pissed & rude & nasty to the OP which seems to happen in about 50% of these threads.

 

Hahaha isn't this whole site basically the Peanut Gallery? I mean, you guys are great and I love ya and allz but it's not like we're curing cancer here. In fact, my section in the Peanut Gallery is right behind that guy who started a Bad Trader thread after waiting for 24 whole hours for his trading partner to write him back. Good seats!

Cheers to @Griff57 for making it right, not every bad trader does. And sounds like he's going to hook you up, which I think in this instance is warranted. Good work on both sides.
