Looks like somebody has Paw Paw covered, I've got Way Down Yonder covered. Just missing Persimmon to complete those 3 beers together.

I will be at the 1PM session traveling from Sioux City if anyone wants to carpool. Any suggestions on what to bring to one of the shares?

Some of the campgrounds have had limited tent camping because of the recent floods. I'm thinking this will be resolved in a month though

As far as the TG bottle share goes, is that for everybody while in line or can you bring the bottle in and open it then?

The TG bottle share starts at 4:00 PM, after the two sessions are over.

I guess I'm still not understanding where it is? Inside the boundaries for the event our outside? I get there will be a separate bottle share going on at CC all day basically.

TG will open to the public at 4:00 PM. Customers are allowed to bring in one outside bottle to drink/share. MD will be on sale, as well as other beers.

The TG bottle share last year was inside the brewery and outside on the patio, which should be the same this year.

C&C bottle share is down the road a bit.

So for those who have a PM ticket, is the C&C worth checking out before the MD afternoon session. And then after the MD session, just sticking around at TG for the share?

What type of beers are shared at each? Should we bring locals, whales, local whales, bud heavy?

Thanks for all the help from previous year's attendees!

Yes. C&C was great in the morning! Just try not to overdo it.

Check out the handy dandy spreadsheet to see what people are bringing. Frankly I thought C&C last year was the best time to bust out bottles that you're saving for a special occasion, as you're around a bunch of folks who all made the trek to Iowa to get one of the best beers in the world.

    "On Sale" or "On Tap"?

On tap. Last year included Darkness and Miami Madness as well.

I thought C&C was a great share atmosphere last year - lots of tables to wander around to and lots of great people sharing their favorites. It was a mix of locals, whales, local whales - didn't see any bud heavy

I think C&C will be a great spot for everyone to hit up. Curious if Pulpit Rock will do something to lure people in as well.

I looked on their website and Pulpit Rock has Oktoberfest Friday and Saturday that week. No clue what they do for that.

Really looking forward for this event and meet alot of you. Always hear good things from the Midwest craft beer crowd and I have been a fan of TG beers for 2 years now. Landing in Minnesota, I'm also looking for a ride down there and If anybody is down carpooling this Guy from New England, pm me. I have the AM session.

    Cheers!

I have Persimmon too, but I'm already bringing the Pawpaw. If someone wants to claim it as their own, I'll bring it down.
