Step 1: Ask what flavors she likes in food, other beverages, etc
Step 2: Identify beers that contain said flavors
    Step 3: ???
    Step 4: Profit

There is a whole slew of fruited berliner weissbiers out there that are great and have very little malt profile.
    DogFish Head Festina Peche
    Tallgrass Raspberry Jam
    Funkwerks Raspberry Provincial
Mikkeller Hallo Ich Bin Berliner Weisse - Peach
Saisons that have met fruit and have a little funky yeast going for them
    Goose Island sister beers
Gillian, Halia pricey but damned good

Do you get Modern Times in Utah? Their passion fruit gose sounds up her alley

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Epic, one of your own Utah brewers who are turning out some really solid stuff. (Especially since she likes Redd's.) :

Brainless On Peaches (a Belgian style ale)
Sour Apple Saison (a Belgian style ale)
Brainless On Cherries (a Belgian style ale)
Brainless On Raspberries (a Belgian style ale)

    Try very sweet stouts.

Sam Adams oktoberfest surely appeals to a lot of people who don't venture outside of BMC so it's worth a shot.

I'd give ayinger celebrator a shot too for the same reason of easily palatable sweetness.

She needs to come see me at the brewery where I work. My favorite customers are the ones who don't typically like beer. I can (so far) 100% of the time find SOMETHING they like. :grinning:

Blue Moon has only 9 IBU's.

If she likes the smell of coriander, give Hoegaarden a shot. It was the first beer I actually enjoyed.

My girlfriend doesn't like beer at all, but loves to have a pour when I'm drinking fruit Lambics!
