people dont go very far. they plop thair chair down and then go sit in their car within eyeshot.

 

To many issues to deal with when you start messing with someone else property. Especially these days. Never know. They comeback with a weapon because you messed with their chair. Not worth it. Especially over beer. Now your family? Yes.
As far as Henry and Monks gang are concerned over this and other issues in the parking lot? I don't think they really care. Or seems to care. Even the Torrance PD. My last time in line (2 months ago) they drove up and asked what was going on. A group of 3-5 were drinking near Fantastic Cafe and they saw them and laughed and drove off. So maybe they are getting paid off by the Monks.

 

Water Balloon Fighters is fantastic. Easily one of their best in a while. The triple IPA was good, but I wasn't blown away by it

If you follow the Other Half releases, earlier this year people would go around and hand out business cards saying they would hold your place in line for you for a price. Basically paid line sitters. Surprised that hasn't hit LA yet.

No release today, so it should be its normal level of insanity

 

By the way. I blame every one of you for ever lining up extra early, like over 2 hours in advance for ANY beer release. You're all culpable. We all value things differently, so I get it, it's important to you, I accept your justification. But you must accept these extremes are partially due to what you do.

Don't get me started about kids at breweries. This puritan BS is very American. In the old world breweries welcome families, pets and old people. It's no wonder we see this hyper segmented part of society at breweries here. Hipsters and craft fanatics only. Every time I walk into a place in Europe and see old folks enjoying their day out of the house it's a stark contrast. Same goes for kids. Parents have to be responsible and make sure they behave and parents keep a very light buzz themselves . It's a time out at a pub being social not getting drunk Any time we mouth off about someone not like us being at any place we're at, we're a segregationist. And there are harsh words for people who want to place their restrictive standards on others. Life is short and fuckin hard. Let people people
