Other Half Brewing September 2016

So, never had been there before or seen pictures...it's the most fantastic dump of a place ever.

 

Yup, it sure is. Have to admit I'm not the biggest fan of the music they play though.

 

Personally, I love their music selection. I'll never forget the first time I visited two summers ago and they were playing Action Bronson- "Saab Stories" in its entirety.
Made my first visit that much more memorable

 

Really enjoying Simcoe. Hopefully the single hop series is making a comeback in cans. Especially if we continue to see four cans a release.

Also the music inside the taproom has always been been dope! Do people on here not like rap?!? Huh!?!

 

Beastie Boys and some old Snoop is about it for me. I'm more of an Eddie Vedder/ Chris Cornell guy.

 

A lot of the people on here seem to have an issue with burning for whatever reason, not surprised they wouldn't be down with some Mobb Deep, or Common for that matter.

 

...but what did you think of the beer? Enjoy your takes on Kane and Caron. Will it be on the blog?

 

For all the times we've spent bitching about OH releases, I'm glad they've really honed in on setting proper limits. Someone got in line at Monkish last night at 8:30pm for a ONE 4pck limit on the OH collab. What a time to be alive

Haha oh my, waiting overnight in cars to then line up to wait to buy beer. That is beyond insane.

 

Phenomenal. Wife wanted to divorce me and marry Mylar Bags. We went back to Three's to have a burger from Meat Hook and she got more Mylar Bags there. Even the most meh beer there is above average.

 

I'd like to see that unoccupied chair bullshit work in Gowanus/Carroll Gardens

 

People moan about all sorts of line nonsense, but no one ever does anything. See: the picture of the guy cutting the entire line 2 releases ago. So, yeah, if it happened, the only thing that would come out of it is angry posts here.

man they just kicked space diamonds as they were filling my growler. got ACE instead and its not as good as the can i had.

12-8 today, per Instagram post from Friday, so a couple extra hours.
