I had both back to back and preferred the reg. Bomb. I have yet to have any of their other offerings. I cant get enough bomb, just wish it was half the price($9 here)

Quick question...when was Wine Barrel Noir last released? I have bottle in the cellar, I can't figure out when I bought it.

Prairie Hop is so freaking good; just wish it was still sold in 750s for $12 instead of the pint.9 ounce bottles for...$13. I just can't justify that price point.

Other than that, Brett C, Standard, and Tulsa Rugby Ale. Love their funky/sour stuff!

I rated Bomb! a little higher than Christmas Bomb! Haven't been too interested to try much else from them

    2014?

    Maybe?

I reviewed my bottle on September 7, 2014, and it surely had been bottled 3-6 months previously. I've also not see it since, so I'd say there's a better than 50/50 chance your bottle is from 2014. I loved it, but I think I was in the minority, and word was it started piling up on some shelves and collecting dust.

I just like the standard Saison. I thought it was a good attempt at the style. The other barrel stuff to me just tastes like barrel flavored beer. I don't get it. The malt profile is completely veiled by the wood flavors.

Some would argue it's complimentary to the malt to have strong barrel notes. I'd rather drink a distilled spirit than a barrel flavored beer.

AB Noir is my favorite, a top 3 stout of all time in my opinion. Vanilla Noir and Pirate Noir don't fall far behind.

Regular Bomb is still my #1 go to, available everywhere around here.
