1 Year Anniversary Details

On September 24 Aslin Beer Co. will be hosting our 1 Year Anniversary Party. It has been an amazing year for us and we thought there would be no better way than to celebrate with the people who have supported us since the beginning! Due to the size of the brewery we will have three separate three hour sessions to help us celebrate. The beer list is below including your favorites from Aslin Beer, collaborations, & guest taps. No crowlers/growlers will be available during the party.

1 Year Anniversary Tickets will go on sale Saturday, September 3rd at 12 PM. There will be 3, 3 hour sessions to choose from. Each session will be limited to 100 people each. Link to purchase tickets will be made available Saturday morning.

Session A is 11 am - 2 pm,
Session B is 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm,
Session C is 6 pm - 9 pm.

Ticket information:
$100, Includes the following:
*Admission to respective session
*Custom Anniversary Glassware

*Custom Anniversary Sunglasses
*15 drink tickets

There will be 30 minutes in between each session to clear the parking lots and prepare for the next session. We highly recommend car pooling or using Uber or Lyft.
Mug Club members can purchase 1 ticket starting today September 1st at 10:00 AM (check your email)

We will rotate taps every hour for each session.

That's a nice lineup for the anniversary.

Managed to grab a couple crowlers of their available beers today. Will be back Saturday to get crowlers of their other two brews and drink from the board. Anxious and excited to finally get to try some of their liquid. Say hey if you see a dude wearing a backwards Yankees cap. Cheers.

I had a feeling that was coming. Bad weekend for me to be visiting with that hat on.

 

Ha! I'm actually going to be in town from Dallas to see my sister. My wife is from NY and a die hard Yankees fan, so I deal with it every day.

 

Anbody know about what time people start lining up for Saturday releases?

I'm sure they will have no problem selling out but I'm not finding it tempting at all. The price when factoring in beer alone is way too high. Forget about all the swag and price this thing reasonably.

 

Are you expected to tip the bartenders at events like that?

 

People were lined up around 10 this past Saturday.

 

Triple Crossing will be releasing their collab w/ Aslin, Form and Void DIPA, on Saturday. Along with the release, Aslin will also be bringing down 4 guest taps. Don't think you can get Aslin beer in RVA so definitely one to make if you are in the area. 2 beers will tap at Noon and 2 at 4pm. Not sure which ones will tap at which time. Beers coming are;

- Fair Weather Friend Sour Saison
- Gose with Apricots
- Party of One: Joanna IPA

(though I imagine once it goes through it would be very small quantities based on their production volume)

We still have about 100 Berliner and 80 Living to get Radical crowlers left from yesterday. Thursday taplist is in the photo.



Updates for SATURDAY's crowler release:
We have removed the total crowler limit, but are still enforcing 2 max per beer with the exception of Macarooned/Cocoa Mapalm which is limited to 1 each. This means you can get 2 Stellar, 2 DIPA, 2 Gose, 1 Macarooned, and 1 Cocoa Mapalm while supplies last.

Am I crazy or did Aslin change things up? Their IPAs, notably Pew Pew Pew, Stellar Parallax, and Orange Starfish are notably clearer. They look like different beers. Not quite as flavorful either. Anyone else?
