BDBS email said they have Pale. Given that they are hot trash, it's probably 20 a fuckin bottle.

 

Hope whoever carries these beers has a good amount of TUMS in stock to counteract these acidic messes.

 

You referring to all De Garde, or have you had Pale? I just picked up a bottle for $11 in San Jose, generally like most DG I've had.

 

they have really tuned in thier aciditiy levels, so if you havent had any of the recent releases from the last 6-8 month, its nothing how it used to be. i think theyve finally hit their stride.

 

pale is AWESOME. pronounced "paul". its basically foeder d'or but with a lighter malt build. so refreshing (reminds me of lemonade).

also, $11 all in aint bad. the bottle was i think $7 or or $8 at the brewery.

Not sure where you are at in the East Bay, but Jacks Taps in Pleasant Hill has it on draft.

 

A keg of the pale was tapped at cap tap sac last night. Hope to see more soon.
