wow, $300 for a sixtel of Topical Depression. If my math is right, that puts 16 oz of the beer at $7+

Yup, ACE is $300 for a 1/6 as well.

@dar482 this weekly email is where I got the pricing that I mentioned on your IG post

Personal keg prices are different than for retail distributors. Topical is $300 for a 1/2 for comparison.

I seem to remember that a few establishments get OH cans for take-away around the city - can anyone remind me what those are? I was out of town this weekend and would love to pick up one each of the new cans to give them a try. I think Cardiff Giant was one?

So they charge the same price for half the amount of beer for personal kegs? That's some highway robbery if so.

Just a guess, but they're probably priced for resale, not for personal use.

Both are great, but I think I prefer the Nelson to the southern passion. The Nelson tastes more unique to me despite the southern passion having two new hops.

Great group of beers in this release though! Lots of great local beers right now, and it's cool to see OH only get better themselves.

That is total bullshit if they are charging the same price for 1/3 the beer.

If those kegs are for retail prices they also probably include the keg deposit because $300 for a sixtel of Topical would mean it's over $7/pint which is way more than what cans were and their margins would be much higher on the kegs. The retailers only pay for the kegs if they lose them or don't return them.

    No, but there's a 56 4-pack limit on Stuntz.

Out-of-towner here and I have a quick trip to Brooklyn scheduled for Thursday. Any idea on what cans might be available to purchase at the taproom, if any at all?

I saw the note in the original post about street parking, how rough is it to find parking in the evening?

From my experience street parking shouldn't be terrible -- although by NYC standards that means I'm happy if I'm within a couple of blocks. As for the taproom, they had 60 cases of GD and 14 cases of BBS left before opening today . . . I'm probably going tomorrow to fill some growlers -- if I do I'll let you know what's left for cans (though I think it's unlikely the GD will survive).
