    Open Bottle still has Buckley on tap. Delicious, this stuff aged for a year will be world class.

    Why would you age a coffee beer? The maple flavor may fall off and the coffee itself may start to produce off flavors. It's so smooth now with little booziness considering the ABV.

    It's a big brew at 14% and has some bitterness that will probably subside with time. So smooth? Not really. It's a really good brew now, no doubt, but I'd like to see some of the heat mellow.

    haven't seen mine yet, but saw on Facebook they will be open Wednesdays now & will be doing an apparent maigre variant bottle release & "special tappings" over the next week. yes please.....

    Was there last Friday. Should be blueberry this weekend and they were talking about a triple cherry maigre that is different than the first cherry release.

    Still nothing here. I'm in no hurry if he's in no hurry. Wonder if there will be a Michigan membership release before winter.
