    Not sure about Cab Cake...but Total Wine (west Ashley) just tapped Mex Cake (reg) and Siberian Black Magic Panther.

    Also BCBS and Bomb!

    I'm not sure the yield or if this will make it to bottles but Mexican Cake was spotted in BLiS barrels about a year ago.

    From the Charlotte Metro Craft group the variants are going to be Cabernet, Maple, Bourbon and one other I can't remember off the top of my head. Maybe rum?

    Being 3hours away I can make it either this upcoming weekend or the following what do we think about the release date. From what I read they will do the BPT thing the week of the release like maybe on a tues or wens. Has anyone heard ANYTHING?

    I say they release it on Zwanze Day that way I can be there to finally get some BA Mex cake I have no interest in Zwanze Day so that would be great timing

    Last year the BPT sale went towards the end of September but the actual release went in October. Doing a quick google search I found last years BPT link and the release went Oct 3 (not counting the extra week they gave people because of the rain).

    This is accurate, the release and BPT sale link was posted to their FB page on 9/30/15 (Wednesday). Scheduled release day was 10/3/15 (Saturday), but they also allowed alternate pickup days due to the rain.
