Zwanze Day at Fonta Flora

    Lottery for tickets, starts Sunday and ends Tuesday with winners to be notified on Wednesday. $75 per ticket, which gets you a shirt, a glass, a 4 oz pour of 5 different Cantillon beers, and 1 Fonta Flora beer.

    That's basically the gist of it. No proxies or ticket transfers at all, looks like they are running it pretty tight from that perspective. Good luck everyone!

    This is so exciting for the state and of course, Fonta Flora. I'll likely have to sit this one out, but I'm sure it will be a great event for everyone!

    I'm gonna enter the lottery, although I would think the chances of getting picked are relatively slim. I imagine there will be people from some other states entering as well, gonna be a hot ticket for sure. Love that you can't transfer tickets though, everyone really does have the same fair shot.

    Sams Quik shop just posted a photo of their delivery from Shelton Brothers and I saw a Cantillon box in the lot. I asked if they truly had Cantillon to sell and they said they do.

    Anyone know something about that?

    NC will be getting Cantillon distro now via Shelton. It probably wont be much as is the case in most states, but we will get some. :grinning:

    Looks like they had Cantillon Classic, Kriek, and Cuvee Saint-Gilloise as well as 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze at some point. I got there around 3pm and they were down to a few bottles of Cantillon Classic and 3F on the shelf. Hopefully this becomes a regular occurrence!

    I happend to be there swapping out a keg around lunch but they wouldn't sell me the bottles. I was told to stop by later and sadly missed out. Hoping to see more distribution soon.

    Yeah a little confusing being in the FF thread. Sam's is the only place I've seen post about a Shelton Bros drop so far, although I know State of Beer did have a Shelton event tonight, didn't go so don't know what all was there. I am surprised Sam's got that many different Cantillon offerings in one drop, but that's pretty awesome.

    Cantillon bottles also dropped in Charlotte yesterday. Good Bottle and Salud both posted that they got some.

    Haven't been able to score any Loons yet, but being able to casually stroll into State of Beer and pick up a bottle of Pannepot and a Fantome bottle I've never had was a nice consolation.
