Odell Friek. Fairly sour, tart and fruity. I would have liked some extra sweetness to provide some balance but this is a great American wild ale nonetheless.

Personally, I think this is not up to last years'. And are we using pecan meat in the fermentation or pecan shells as part of the filtration? Either way, I can't taste any pecan. This seems hotter than last years': it's supposed to be the same formulation as the original.
Oh well, just the morning bitch session.

 

Well I have been up all night and I mean ALL night. This could last but fear not I have cooked at an ungodly hour a meal fit for you or me!

I also found my song for NBS and I am getting furniture I hopefully do not have to build tomorrow. Cheers ! YEAH? Cheers.

If all goes according to plan, I should be drinking this at the Colorado brewery in 10 days. A 09/22/15 can will do just fine in the meantime. It's creamy smooth and slightly mellowed out!
